At NALRC Properties, we’re proud to continue a tradition of compassion and community.
For years, we operated as Nigel Clarke Properties, offering safe and stable housing to those who needed it most. Nigel developed the business with the support of his son Andrew, who played a key role in strengthening the foundations of what it became. Today, Nigel Clarke Properties continues under the leadership of Nigel’s other son, ensuring the original family business remains active. After Nigel’s passing in 2023, Andrew and his children took up the responsibility of carrying his vision forward with the same dedication and values, continuing Nigel’s belief that every tenant deserves safe, stable, and compassionate housing.
NALRC Properties isn’t a new chapter—it’s a continuation of Nigel’s lifelong mission to help others. Our dedicated team remains the same, committed to providing quality accommodation, dependable support, and genuine care.

Each resident receives a personalised support plan, guided by a dedicated support worker who assists with everyday needs. From navigating benefit applications to connecting with healthcare providers and promoting mental well being, we’re committed to helping individuals improve their circumstances and build a brighter future.
We know that moving can feel overwhelming, so we’re here to make the process as smooth as possible. Our friendly team provides practical, hands-on support to help you settle into your new home—from assisting with the transport of your belongings to making sure you feel comfortable and settled from day one.
